Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds since all items are made to order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. 

Damages or Wrong Item

Our shop is not responsible for wear and tear so please handle items with care. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges 

If an exchange needs to be made, your order must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Issues

Once your order has shipped our shop is not responsible for missing, lost or delayed packages. To accommodate sooner delivery dates, please add a rush order listing to your order, as well as any important information in the notes section BEFORE checkout.
